What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

I received urine test results that show the following: Leukocyte Esterase - Positive, Ph UA - 5.5, Protein - 20, Mucus ur sed ql - Present, Budding Yeast Urine Sediment - present/HPF, Squamous Epithelial Cells - few/HPF I also have pain on my left side kidney area and back .. What could this this all mean ?

Hi, dear
lhave gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine analysis report suggest leucocyte esterase positive. It means some wbcs are positive. So yoi have urinary tract infection.
You should go for urine culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful.
It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
